M/V Dolphin Queen


Our live-aboard, M/V DOLPHIN QUEEN has a wooden monohull. The Dolphin Queen has 3 decks. The main deck has 6 cabins for our guests. 2 Double bed, 1 Twin Bunk bed, and 3 Quad (4) Berth cabins these cabins are fitted with curtains for each bunk bed for your privacy.
All cabins have their own air conditioner and a sea view window that opens. There are 2 more cabins with double beds on the upper deck these are our sea view cabins when you open the cabin door the view is the ocean and islands. All cabins have 220v plugs, so you can charge your battery packs or your lights.

The upper deck has 2 Double bed cabins for guests and where you can find the wheel house (captains quarters) at the bow. At the stern is the eating area. Here you can help yourself with coffee, tea, toast, water, electrolyte drinks, fruits which are always on the table for your convenience.

The dinning area has 3 tables on the sides with sofa seatings and 1 extra table in the center for cameras, etc. The sides of the boat are open so you can enjoy the good weather to the maximum.

On the main deck at the stern is the Dive Platform and gearing up area for your diving equipment which has more than ample room to put on and store your dive gear we also have 40 Luxfer 12 ltr Tanks we use INT connection, we do have DIN adapters and 15 ltr tanks for rent.
There are also 2 Bauer Mariner II compressors with an air cooling system with P41 air filters to give you the best Quality air.
Always close at hand are the Similan Diving Safaris boat crew, who are there to help you gear up and help you on your dive entry and exit. The crew will fill the tanks so all you do is dive. Most of the time you will be picked up by our boat or our dingy.
There are 3 spacious toilets with showers and 2 showers on the dive deck.
The galley is also on the main deck. The food is prepared by the cook and her assistant cook.
We cater for Veg and none Veg, and any other special needs you require.

On the Sun Deck is lots of room for getting your tan, we also have a couple of hammocks & sundeck chairs under our new shade on the back of the sun deck, This is a nice place for spotting Dolphins, Manta rays and Whale sharks while travelling to new dive sites and up here your always the one to spot the Dolphins first.
